Girls' Sr Varsity Volleyball
Gr. 9-12
This league runs from January through March each year. Skill Assessments will be in December.
The FFC Senior Varsity League is designed for high school players who have had some experience playing volleyball and are looking for fun and fellowship at the community level. This league emphasizes positive sportsmanship, a strong ethic of competition and the importance of teamwork.
It is the goal of FFC to provide each youth involved with a positive experience in competition and to provide the best technical volleyball skill development in the area. In teaching the skills of passing, setting, blocking, serving and hitting, we strive to integrate fun into each aspect of the program while enabling each participant to be successful.
Athletes in the High School League use standard USVA equipment with no adaptation. Each team consists of a roster of 9 players and two coaches. There are 8 games with practices once a week.
